Description

A now very rare Sheskinnarone specimen of granite matrix with nice blue green partial aquamarine crystals embedded in it. The granite at the locality is exceptionally hard and that, along with the tendency of beryl to break along cleavage planes, means it was impossible for collectors to extract complete crystals. However these specimens are an Irish classic. J8 LC
