Description

The specimen is a small doubly terminating crystal of dioptase that has broken away out of a chrysocolla matrix. The main dioptase crystal forms a trunk that has some small crystals attached as well as a medium sized twinned crystal at an oblique angle. The dioptase termination has smae needles of malachite laid flat on the surface.
