Description

This mineral specimen, very rich in varied crystallizations, comes from the copper-gold deposit located in the Cantabrian area of the Hercynian Iberian Massif called Carlés Mine. Dark greenish acicular crystals of ferro-actinolite stand out. Apart from this, we see allanite-(Ce) crystals developed inside the cavity. We also see aggregates of tabular titanite crystals, as well as crystallizations of arsenopyrite, although prismatic crystals of marialite predominate, and we also see crystals of andradite. A specimen very rich in classic mineral crystallizations from this mineral deposit in Carlés.
