Description

The Serra das Éguas district is a large mountainous area (approximately 5 x 15 km²) with several magnesite (and talc) mines near Brumado. One of the world's largest magnesite deposits is located in this district, as evidenced by this specimen, which features a crystalline mass with magnesite and uvite, creating a beautiful contrast.
