Description

Here is a beautiful specimen of a perfectly formed flat-tabular quartz twin at a 90-degree angle, known as a Japanese twin. The twin crystal has a high clarity and a so-called white string (Faden) in the center. This specimen combines two quartz varieties in one specimen: the Japanese twin and Faden quartz.

Comes with an additional label as shown (Naru Island = Narushima).

The specimen comes from the collection of Dr. G. Jung, who received it in 1984.
