Description

Sharp-edged, highly lustrous, lamellar nagyagite crystals up to over 4 cm on quartz. The specimen comes from the type locality of this mineral species, a classic European locality. It originates from an old collection dating back to the mid-19th century: Sacarîmb (Nagyág), Deva, Hunedoara, Romania. The piece comes from the systematic collection of Albert Strasser and was acquired in 1969 from this historic collection. Albert Strasser’s collection label is included.

I would say this is by far the best specimen I have ever seen!
