Description

A truly beautiful specimen from the Rucksack Cleft: The fluorite shows slightly inward-curved, shell-like, lustrous faces with a pronounced square surface texture. The largest cube measures nearly 4 cm on edge. Due to the shell-like curvature, the faces reflect light intensely when the specimen is moved. The fluorite shows a colorless to light grey outer zoning and a violet core, which reveals its full fascinating color in transmitted light. The first photo was taken with medium LED backlighting. The full find report – including videos – can be found on my homepage.

Due to its weight (670 grams) and special packaging, higher shipping costs apply: Rest of Europe: 24 Euros, USA, Canada, Japan: 40 Euros, Australia, New Zealand: 48 Euros. I apologize for the high shipping costs – these are based on the Austrian Post’s pricing.
