If for any reason you are not happy with any aspect of your transaction then please let me know as soon as possible, ideally within 1 week of receiving your specimen. I will happily do all in my power to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. If your specimen is damaged upon delivery simply send me some photos to verify this and I'll provide you with a full refund or a replacement specimen, whichever you prefer.
