Thank you for viewing my auctions. It goes without saying that maintaining high standards in both specimen quality and customer service are extremely important to me. If for any reason you are not happy with any aspect of your transaction then please let me know as soon as possible, ideally within 1 week of receiving your specimen. I will happily do all in my power to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. If your specimen is damaged upon delivery simply send me some photos to verify this and I'll provide you with a full refund or a replacement specimen, whichever you prefer
* Items arriving in the USA from the UK from 29th August 2025 will be subject to a new 10% import tariff. This tariff MUST be paid prior to shipping. The total amount required will be explained on your eRocks invoice, but be assured that I will endeavour to make the process as simple and cost-effective as possible. However it may prove more efficient for US customers to accumlate larger parcels rather than send multiple single items.
