Description

A nice, rare specimen of Hedyphane, from the Franklin Mine, in New Jersey.  This rare Apatite group member responds a bright orange under midwave UV light.  It was purchased in 2014 from Dick Hauck (of Hauckite fame) and was originally identified with XRD.  Quite rare Franklin mineral rarely seen on the market!
