Description

Very rich thumbnail with hundreds of white balls of the newly discovered mineral nannoniite (IMA 2024-010), the fluoride homologue of gibbsite. Individual crystals can be discerned in the less tight aggregates. The mineral was found in the F-rich area of the mine, as shown by the association with clusters of micro hydrokenoralstonite crystals (second picture).
