SHIPPING: Please refer to shipping costs quoted on individual items and shipping policy section on the item page. All shipping costs subject to prevailing local postage rates, which might change. We reserve the right to change these rates should underlying costs change. Shipping costs will economise when 2 or more specimens are purchased together. We suggest putting items on hold if you plan on bidding on more items in the future, it can decrease shipping costs significantly. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want items to be held. Most items are mailed from the US Post Office. Domestic packages are mailed USPS Retail Ground without insurance. This is the cheapest method but also provides a tracking number. Insurance, Recorded Delivery or alternative Carrier can be provided at cost to purchaser. International orders are shipped using US Post Office "First Class International". This is the cheapest method. Heavy packages and insured packages have to be mailed using "priority mail". If an item is fragile or high in value, the stated shipping cost may include charges for Special Delivery, tracking, and/or insured service. If there are any questions about how much shipping will cost or about insurance, etc., please contact us through e-Rocks or by email before buying or bidding on items. FOR ALL CUSTOMERS: Once we receive your payment the specimen(s) will be packed and sent within reasonable time, usually a day or two, but can take up to a week – unless you request a Shipping Hold. Buyers are notified on your "My Invoices" page when packages have been mailed. Once dispatched scheduled delivery time will vary, but delivery should be 1-3 days within the same country, and 5-10 working days Airmail. RETURNS: If you receive anything you do not like you have a 10-day approval and right to return a specimen(s). Please notify us immediately (but within the 10 days) and send it back if it arrives damaged or if you are not otherwise happy with what you have been sent. Once it has been received in the condition it was sent the Seller will arrange a refund. Our intention is only to supply material with 100% customer satisfaction. If an item is not back with the Seller after 15 days, it will be assumed that you are intending to keep the specimen and the transaction will become final. More remote customers wishing to return specimens will have a longer period allowed for shipping depending on their location. However we must be notified of your intention to return a specimen within 10 days of receiving it however. REMEMBER: if there is anything you do not understand - please ask. EXPORT/IMPORT: Sellers will prepare all items for export with appropriate declarations – please contact the Seller if you need something specific created for your shipment. Sellers are not responsible for import or customs charges if these are subsequently raised. OVERDUE SHIPMENTS: If a shipment is overdue: in the first instance please contact the Seller to investigate and try to resolve this for you. This will not affect your statutory rights or right to claim under Paypal’s Buyer protection scheme

We stongly suggest combining orders to save on shipping. Let us know right away if you want to have items held until the time you want them shipped.
RESPONSE TIME: We will generally respond within 24hrs to questions and purchase requests, via the e-Rocks contact and invoice system.
If you contact directly via email this will be the same, via Social media this cannot be guaranteed.
PAYMENTS: All transactions must be currency requested in the invoice. Washington State residents must pay 6.5% state sales tax.
Preferred payment is via PayPal, this is accessed securely and automatically through the invoice. Other payment methods may be accepted in special cases. Please ask about other payment methods before bidding.
BUYER PROTECTION: Transactions are between Buyers and Sellers on e-Rocks using PayPal are covered by PayPal's Buyer/Seller Protection - subject to their Terms & Conditions. We ask our customers to please try to resolve problems before filing a greivance with PayPal.
Under PayPal's terms, any Seller reserves the right to use the Buyer's PayPal registered address only as delivery address. Please check with Seller before bidding/buying if you wish to have an item shipped to another address.
