Description

Cobaltlotharmeyerite is a rare mineral which is only found at this moment in two localities: Schneeberg/Austria and Bou-Azzer/Morocco.

This specimen has two cavities with cobaltlotharmeyerite and cobaltaustinite. The cobaltaustinite forms olive green globular spheres on light pink, cobaltoan, dolomite (with a dozen black haematite globules) in a 8mm cavity.

The cobaltlotharmeyerite forms brown microcrystals on dolomite in a 6mm cavity. There is also another 2mm small cavity in roselite on the specimen with micro quartz crystals and cobaltlotharmeyerite.
