Description

Cannizzarite is a rare lead-bismuth sulfide mineral that forms in volcanic fumaroles and sulfide-bearing veins. It typically presents as prismatic, needle-like crystals, often intergrown into thin, lamellar crystals or star-shaped aggregates. This specimen also exhibits the typical cannizzarite crystals.
