RESPONSE TIME: Seller will generally respond within 24hrs to questions and purchase requests, via the e-Rocks contact and invoice system.
If you contact directly via email this will be the same, via Social media this cannot be guaranteed.
PAYMENTS: All transactions must be currency requested in the invoice.
Preferred payment is via PayPal, this is accessed securely and automatically through the invoice. After a sale we expect to receive the payment with Pay Pal within 48 hours.
Payments might also be accepted offline or via interbank electronic transfer (IBAN), the Seller will supply details if that is your preference.
