Description

This specimen has fifteen red colored, vibrant and translucent almandine garnets measuring up to 1.0 cm in size.  In a graphite matrix.  The specimen has been meticulously worked to expose the garnets on both sides.  This allows light to pass through the garnets when backlit which then appear to glow like red embers.
