Sewardite & Carminite

Mes articles sont livrés dans des boîtes en plastique (généralement). Celles-ci sont uniquement des boîtes de livraison, non des boîtes de collection. Les minéraux peuvent être retirés et remis dans les boîtes de collection de votre choix. Les boîtes micro (2,8 x 2,8 x 2,2 cm) ou celles ne dépassant pas 3 cm de haut, sont envoyées dans des pochettes bulles réduisant ainsi le coût postal. Par défaut, pas de suivi. Au-dessus de 3 cm, les boîtes seront envoyées dans un colis adapté via Colissimo. Si vous vivez en Europe de l'Ouest dans l'un des pays suivants (Allemagne, Autriche, Belgique, Espagne, France, Italie, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas, Portugal), les frais de livraison peuvent être minorés en utilisant les services de Mondial Relay.

My items are shipped in plastic boxes (generally). These ones are only shipping boxes, not collection boxes. Minerals can be removed and put in your collection boxes of your choice. Micromount boxes or those under 3 cm high are sent in bubble envelopes, lowing the shipping costs. By default no tracking. Above 3 cm, boxes will be sent in an adapted parcel via Colissimo. If you live in West-UE in one of these countries (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal), shipping costs can be reduce with Mondial Relay.

Si le mode d'expédition choisi est avec "envelope à bulles", vous pouvez désirer un service de suivi ce qui occasionnera un petit supplément. Dans ce cas, contactez-moi, je vous donnerai le coût exact de l'expédition.

If the shipping is by "bubbles envelope", you can want a tracking service which will cause a little supplement. In that case, contact me so I give you the exact cost of the shipping.

Colissimo

With Colissimo, tracking is compulsory. Insurance is included.

Shipping costs via Colissimo are expensive, particularly out of the Europe.  So, I can hold your item for a further shipment that will combine many other items and reduce the shipping costs. For that, please pay your single orders close to each invoicing and send me an email to explain what you intend to do. I will then accumulate orders and only charge the weight exceed postage difference (if there is one) on the next invoice. Differences of overpaid shipping fees will be refunded.

Damages

Please note that I can not hold any responsibility for transport damages or loss of shipped goods if you do not select insured shipping, which can be asked for. Transport damages are to be claimed directly to the transport company in case of insured shipment. The recipients are solely responsible for the compliance of the shipped items with local customs restrictions and tax issues.

Only Colissimo option can give a compensation in case of loss or damage based on the state of the buyer :

France : 23 €/ kg (shipping cost included)

World : compensation "Ad valorem" : 1 € / by section of 100 €). Maxi 1000 €.
