Description

Here we have a beautiful example of blue quartz from Italy, showing the uncommon cumberland habit. The specimen is developed as a floater and consists of two crystals pointing in opposite directions, giving it a very dynamic and balanced form. Both crystals display a strong lustre and an intense blue coloration that is characteristic of this rare habit. A highly aesthetic and unusual piece for any alpine or Italian quartz collection.
