A very attractive matrix specimen from Finland featuring a well-developed crystal of the garnet variety uvarovite. This is one of the rarest garnet species, and the crystal shows a deep green color with a strong vitreous luster and good crystal definition. It is set on a light-colored, contrasting matrix that highlights the intensity of the uvarovite exceptionally well. A highly aesthetic piece that combines rarity, color contrast, and clean presentation.
