Description

This is a very fine single crystal of vivianite from Romania, displaying good transparency and an intense green coloration with a distinct bluish tone. The crystal is well developed with clearly defined prism faces and a sharp termination, allowing the internal structure and color zoning to be seen clearly. The contrast between the deeper blue areas and the lighter green sections gives the specimen strong visual depth. A classic and highly attractive vivianite crystal from this well-known European locality.
