Description

This is a rare alpine amethyst scepter matrix specimen from the Zillertal, Austria. The piece features a small but highly interesting multi-scepter amethyst with unusual and complex growth, showing clearly developed scepter formations stacked over the main stem. The crystal displays excellent clarity with a light yet clearly visible purple coloration concentrated in the scepter zones. Despite its modest size, the specimen has strong character and mineralogical interest. Material of this type from the Zillertal has become very difficult to obtain, with only few specimens available on the market today.
