Description

A very attractive adularia cluster from Tyrol, Austria. The specimen shows well formed crystals with sharp edges and a nicely balanced growth. The surfaces are bright and clean, giving the piece a strong alpine character.

The crystals are penetrated by deep green chlorite inclusions, which create a beautiful contrast against the light feldspar and add depth to the specimen. Pieces like this are very characteristic for alpine cleft environments and are always appreciated by collectors.
