Description

A very attractive smoky quartz crystal from Malawi featuring several aegirine inclusions. The crystal shows sharp edges, bright luster and very good transparency. Slender aegirine crystals penetrate the quartz, creating an interesting internal structure and adding strong visual character to the specimen. The contrast between the smoky quartz and the dark aegirine needles gives the piece a distinctive and highly aesthetic appearance.
