Currently no shipping to the USA !

Due to the current situation I offer special conditions for customers from the USA.
Long-term storage:
I offer storage of the auctioned items for one year or longer until shipping to the USA is possible again without problems. 

The following conditions apply:
- No payment until shipping !
- A new and updated invoice will be issued for each item purchased.
- The invoice will include the 15% import tax levied by the US government
- For customers from the USA, unlike all other countries, DDP (Duties Paid at Source) applies with immediate effect.

Shipping to an address outside the USA

GENERAL: All orders will usually ship within three days after receiving payment, maximum within ten days - choose between insured and tracked mail and mail without insurance but with tracking.

PAYMENT:

The currency of the auctions is in USD. Invoices are issued in EURO currency according to the location of the company in the EU. Payment options are:
- Bank transfer
- Paypal
- Payment link via WISE

My currency in Germany is the Euro, payments from countries outside the EU are charged by Paypal with bad exchange rates, which is an additional burden for my customers. Payments by bank transfer with conventional banks are also subject to high surcharges and fees. To avoid this, I now offer payment in US dollars, British pounds and Australian dollars via the WISE platform. A corresponding payment link will be included in the invoice. The amount due will be converted into the corresponding currency at the daily exchange rate at the time of invoicing.

SHIPPING: Collecting items - to save on shipping costs, please pay your single orders close to each invoicing and sent us a "hold" note (e.g. "I'd like to add items from future auctions"). We'll then accumulate orders (up to a sum of max. 500 €) and only charge the weight exceed postage difference (if there is one) on the next invoice or will refund overpaid fees when shipping.

Please Note: If the value of the goods exceeds €500, my shipping service provider DHL refuses to insure the contents of parcels containing precious metals. A shipment must therefore either be split into several parcels, if possible, which results in higher shipping costs, or the shipment is uninsured. Personal handover is possible by prior arrangement.

EXPORT: Sellers will prepare all items for export with appropriate declarations – please contact the Seller if you need something specific created for your shipment.

IMPORT: Metals & Minerals are not responsible for import or customs charges if these are subsequently raised.

Deliyery Terms: DAP

DATA SECURITY: The buyer agrees to have his/her personal data - name, address, phone number (if given in profile) and e-mail address - transferred to Deutsche Post/DHL or other relevant shipping companies. This is necessary for the shipping, tracking and in case of any problems with the shipping of its order. However, the seller assumes no responsibility for the abuse of data by the contracted shipping companies or their partners. Furthermore the buyer agrees that Metals & Minerals will store his/her data for the purpose of shipping, handling and requests related to the E-Rocks auctions and other sales. Metals & Minerals will not use this data for unqualified promotion and will not give this data to any other parties except for the ones mentioned above (DHL etc.) or if requested by the buyer.

OVERDUE SHIPMENTS: If a shipment is overdue: in the first instance please contact the Seller to investigate and try to resolve this for you.
This will not affect your statutory rights or right to claim under Paypal’s Buyer protection scheme.
