Description

Big rounded polished piece of Baltic amber from the classic Vistula deltaic sediments of Eocene age (43-45 MY). It is a good size specimen with a fine and has an attractive translucent orange colour, and different rests of broken insect as inclusions. Intense yellowish orange fluorescence under long UV light. Ex Gustaaf collection #9.3.1/5.
