Description

Lustrous emerald crystal that has clear green colour. It is doubly terminated and has associated some black carbonaceous parts of the matrix and pyrite crystals. It is prismatic, with a well-developed primary hexagonal prism that has the edges beveled by a hexagonal prism of a second order. Nice emerald crystal, representative specimen of the Coscuez mine. Ex Bob Janssens #1639.
