Persson Rare Minerals offers several shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Within the United States, the default shipping method is United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of two to four business days. FedEx Express and UPS Ground are also available, particularly for higher-value orders or upon customer request.
For international orders, the default method is USPS GlobalPost Standard, offering an economical option with estimated delivery times of fourteen to twenty-one business days. Alternative options are available upon request, including USPS Priority Mail International (approximately six to ten business days), FedEx Express International (typically under seven business days), and UPS International services where available.
Persson Rare Minerals will make every reasonable effort to combine shipping costs for multiple-item purchases and provide customers with the most economical shipping options. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. No additional handling fees are applied. In instances where the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid, Persson Rare Minerals will cover the difference. Conversely, if the actual cost is lower, no partial refunds will be issued.
The company reserves the right to decline shipment to certain countries where shipping services from the United States are unreliable or not recommended, including but not limited to the Russian Federation. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Payment is required within seven (7) days from the date of invoice unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with Persson Rare Minerals. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in cancellation of the order and relisting of the item(s).
If a buyer is not satisfied with a purchase, Persson Rare Minerals offers a seven (7) day return period starting from the date the item is received. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A full refund will be issued via PayPal once the returned item is received in its original condition.
