Persson Rare Minerals offers several shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Alternative shipping options must be requested prior to order payment. The agreement to an alternative shipping request does not set a precedent, and all future orders will be shipped via the default shipping method unless another request is issued and agreed upon.
Within the United States, the default shipping method is United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of two to four business days. Alternative options are available upon request.
For international orders, the default method is UPS Expedited, offering an economical option with estimated delivery times of seven to twenty-one business days. Alternative options are available upon request.
Persson Rare Minerals will make every reasonable effort to combine shipping costs for multiple-item purchases and provide customers with the most economical shipping options. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. No additional handling fees are applied. In instances where the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid, Persson Rare Minerals will cover the difference. Conversely, if the actual cost is lower, no partial refunds will be issued.
The company reserves the right to decline shipment to certain countries where shipping services from the United States are unreliable or not recommended, including but not limited to the Russian Federation. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Payment is required within seven (7) days from the date of invoice unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed with Persson Rare Minerals. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in cancellation of the order and relisting of the item(s).
If a buyer is not satisfied with a purchase, Persson Rare Minerals offers a seven (7) day return period starting from the date the item is received. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A full refund will be issued via PayPal once the returned item is received in its original condition.
Persson Rare Minerals makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all item descriptions, images, and listings. Minor typographical errors may occur, and all items are sold as described. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to Persson Rare Minerals due to an error or omission by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs. Customer errors include, but are not limited to: failure to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees; failure to accept or sign for the package; and providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
In such cases, return shipping costs will either (a) be charged to the customer along with any applicable re-shipping fees if the order is resent, or (b) be deducted from the total refund amount if a refund is issued.
