Description

Intriguing miniature of elongated aegirine crystals with excellent terminations. All terminations are complete, crystals are mirror lustrous and sometimes along the matrix some dark green arfvedsonite can be discerned. At the very bottom of the specimen, a tiny speck of feldspar acts as minimal matrix, providing a striking color contrast too.
Excellent lustre and color, this is a specimen to truly admire on a plinth and in rotation.
With negligible to no peripheral bruising, this specimen represents excellent display material.

Acquired a few years ago, it is part of a selected lot I have been lucky enough to acquire.
