For shipment within the US, AWM will ship using Priority Insured mailing for all invoices totaling $100 or more, with cost based on mailing zone and package weight. A 1 pound parcel ships for about $14 and includes insurance for up to $100. Additional insurance is required on shipments over $100 using PayPal for payment.. Flat rate shipping is available for larger specimens and combined shipping on multiple auction wins.
International Shipping:
Economy First Class International shipping is available. All First Class mailings that are funded using PayPal require insurance, which will be added to the shipping cost at the end of the auction, based on final selling price.
For all auctions with a final selling price exceeding $400, Insured Priority International mailing is required, and will be calculated based on final selling price at the end of the auction
Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, VAT, and duties charged by their respective country, including but not limited to VAT, tarrifs and customs dutys.
Items shipped into EU countries will arrive Delivery Duty Unpaid ( DDU ).

Auction items are not returnable due to the nature of auctions.
Payments for auctions won are expected to be paid within 3 days of auction ending. If still unpaid after 7 days, I will assume the buyer is not going to pay and I will return the specimen to inventory and ask e-rocks to cancel the auction for non payment. I cannot guarantee a specimen will remain available if not paid within 7 days. Non payment is not fair to e-rocks, the seller, or other bidders. 7 days is more than enough time to make a payment.
Combined shipping & shipping holds: I am happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases. Simply pay for your auction within the 7 day time frame and request a shipping hold pending new auction wins. I will add only the additional postage based on added weight on subsequent auctions. I will not combine shipping for any buyer that has past due invoices still unpaid. A separate invoice with separate shipping will be sent.
All purchases using PayPal funding require shipping insurance in order to protect both buyer and seller. Priority mail includes insurance up to $100 value. Additional insurance will be added on the invoice for orders overe $100. Insurance on First Class mailings will be added to the invoice based on final auction value.
Seller accepts PayPal and credit cards for all International mailings.
Seller Accepts Credit Cards, PayPal, checks and money orders for all US mailings.
