Description

High-quality micromount featuring parasymplesite in radiating aggregates, forming numerous spherical sprays of short prismatic to acicular crystals, displaying a dark green to olive-green color, locally with bluish tones. The crystals show a silky to sub-vitreous luster, emphasized by their dense and well-balanced distribution.

The specimen is enhanced by minor brown to orange secondary aggregates, likely iron oxides or hydroxides, providing strong visual contrast and improving overall aesthetics. This crystallization style is characteristic of the oxidation zones of polymetallic deposits from the Harz Mountains, a classic locality for iron arsenates.
