Description

Attractive arsenoflorencite-(Ce) micromount from Hourt, Belgium, a locality well known for its rare-earth phosphates and arsenates. The specimen features well-formed spherical aggregates, yellow to yellow-green in color, composed of fine microcrystals with a subtle sparkling luster, set on a light-colored matrix rich in translucent microcrystalline material.

The distinct spheroidal habit, combined with the fresh and luminous coloration of the arsenoflorencite, gives this micromount excellent visual clarity and strong appeal at this scale. A brown associated aggregate, currently unidentified, is present near the center of the specimen, adding visual contrast without detracting from the overall aesthetics.

In a box 2.8x2.8cm, labelled

FoV : 2.8mm
