Description

Rare calciobetafite micromount from Monte Brusa, Italy, a well-known locality for complex niobium–titanium oxide minerals. The specimen features a well-isolated crystal, showing a warm orange to honey-brown coloration, with distinct crystal faces clearly visible, set on a light-colored, finely microcrystalline matrix.

Calciobetafite is an uncommon species on the collector’s market, and this example stands out for its natural isolation, pleasing color, and good crystallographic definition at micromount scale. The specimen offers excellent readability under magnification, making it particularly attractive for detailed study.
