NOTES:

For USA customers: There are no further costs/tariffs/duties for import due to the new regulations since mineral specimens are exempt of them

-Shipping costs are intended for Certified Mail. If you prefer the cheaper ordinary mail, please ask.

-International items may be subject to import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.

-All items are completely described and photographed, so I DON'T ACCEPT RETURNS.

-All questions/doubts referring to the IDENTIFICATIONS and ANALYSIS of the specimens must be made BEFORE the auction finishes.

-If a specimen is analyzed, I always upload the analysis in the corresponding section of the description, so if there is no analysis uploaded, that means that the specimen is not analyzed or that the analysis is not available for any reason. In these last two cases, if the buyer of the specimen analyze it, and finally the result of the analysis doesn't match with the label, I will give back the money paid to the buyer, after receiving back the specimen; all this in a maximum of SIX MONTHS after the purchase date. After this deadline of 6 months I will not accept any claim in the purchased specimens.
