Description

The specimen is a rocky shard with hemimorphite and zincolibethenite in matrix. The matrix form is angular with rough angular edges. Then one face has a shelf that leads into a cavity. The result is that we are looking at a druse of hemimorphite over zincolibethenite inside a vug. The vug at the opening is 3.2cm wide. The Skorpion Zinc mine closed at the end of 2019.
