Description

The specimen has a chunk of country rock matrix with one face of mineralization exposed. The exposed face is covered in chrysocolla with an incomplete formation in a pyramidal cuprite crystal. The cuprite mirror half has been embedded up against the matrix. The cuprite glows cherry red when backlit measuring 1.6cm on edge.
