Our parcels are shipped using DHL, relied upon for effective delivery, door to door, and tracking details available all the way. DHL will require a contact number to assist with the delivery.
Delivery times will vary with destination. Please note that Customs can delay the shipment and this is out of our control. Kindly contact us to assist with tracking if you are experiencing longer than expected delays.
Please note that all of our specimens are carefully packaged and marked as fragile. As soon as it has been posted, we shall update e-Rocks with the tracking number of the parcel.
If your country has Customs and Import taxes, it will have to be for your account.
