All our shippments are made by registered Package. Shipping will occur 2 to 5 days after payment is received Combined shipping is welcome if you would like to save on postage costs, but all specimens won must be paid for promptly after each auction end. If you are purchasing more than one item, please contact me for a combined shipping so that we can calculate the better total cost. We accept the return of items, but only if the piece does not correspond to the indications or photos. Note that returning shipping cost is a buyer's responsability. Once we receive the parcel, we will proceed with the refund (just the price of the article, not shipping charges, import duties or taxes). We always send our packages by certified mail and provide the customer with the shipping reference number for tracking where they can see the status of their order at all times, but because some customers do not bother to track their orders or pick up their packages, we are going to set some rules, and from this moment on we will no longer notify customers of returned packages, we will wait for them to ask us, normally between the time a package is delivered and the time it is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, it usually takes between 60 and 70 days, a period regulated by law, from the day we receive the returned package, we will wait another 90 days for the customer to contact us, from then on, if we do not hear from the buyer, we will destroy the package due to the impossibility of storing and controlling such packages.
