A collection specimens belonging to Lloyd Llewellyn a semi-retired collector from the East Anglian area in the UK.
Nearly all the collection is UK and Ireland with suites of specimens from several classic and more obscure localities that were available throughout the 40 year period of collecting.
It should be noted that the collection was meticulously curated into an electronic database, so specimens listed will generally have more than the usual amount of accompanying provenance information.
Also note that because everything was stored in a database there are no "Lloyd Llewellyn" Labels, though each specimen has an attached yellow "dot" with serial # and geolocation code (UK National Grid Reference).
The main collection of 3372 specimens was acquired in November 2022, we have also acquired a large amount of material since 2017.
