Description

Striking, elongated, mammillary hydrozincite aggregates cover the top of this showy mounded, very light weight specimen of essentially solid hydrozincite.

The variable oxide tinting adds much character to the snow-white mineral. Material from this mine is very seldom available. Ex. Armin Wendland Collection and probably dates from the 1950 to early 1970s.
