Shipping generally after payment if not otherwise negotiated, usually at the weekend after receipt. Standard shipping is:
GER - DHL parcel, includes standard insurance max 500 Euro
EUROPE/WORLD - DHL/Deutsche Post Warenpost tracked parcel, no insurance.
In order to save shipping costs it is possible to combine shipping of multiple won auctions/purchased items. If you want to use this option, please tell me via mail BEFORE you make payment of single items! This avoids double packing work and i will send a combined invoice when you are ready.
Please note that i can not hold any responsibility for transport damages or loss of shipped goods if you do not select insured shipping, which can be asked for. Transport damages are to be claimed directly to the transport company in case of insured shipment. The recipients are solely responsible for the compliance of the shipped items with local customs restrictions and tax issues.
IMPORTANT: Due to tax and other restrictions shipping to the US is more difficult. I will offer the least expensive option which means no tracking and no insurance. If you want to have this, please contact me BEFORE bidding.

In case you are not happy with a specimen, you may send it back within 4 weeks. After receipt, i will refund the price minus shipping costs. Please inform me before sending an item back. If you have any questions (or maybe complaints) please feel free to contact me.
