Description

Vibrant emerald-green Malachite aggregates hosted on a porous, tan sandstone matrix from the Mibladen locality. The Malachite forms small, botryoidal clusters scattered across the granular surface. A distinct, translucent Calcite crystal with a vitreous lustre is situated within a small cavity. The entire assembly exhibits a highly irregular, sculpted shape, bearing the hallmarks of natural erosion that has uniquely weathered the sandstone host into its current profile.
